We know that teenage years are a transformative period and with this in mind, we have designed our Trailblazer Program to help teens feel valued and positively engaged.
Our program is completely free and is the perfect opportunity for teenagers to get more out of their summer holidays, volunteering alongside our activity leaders to help deliver our United Adventure Camp program.

Volunteering alongside our enthusiastic and passionate activity leaders, trailblazers will help to deliver our unique UAC program that includes Sports, Arts and Crafts, Drama, Bushcraft, Camp Outs and Themes.
This is the perfect opportunity for teenagers looking to develop skills that could help them in later life, add volunteering experience onto their CV or get simply a taste of what it is like working on a UAC holiday camp.

Not only will they develop important life skills but it’s also a great way to kickstart a career in numerous industries such as childcare and coaching.
What will you do on a day-to-day?
When working on camp with us, no day will be the same. You will be working alongside our activity leaders assisting with running camp registration as well as delivering our exciting program of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, drama, and bushcraft.
