Currently we are unable to provide lunch as an add on to our bookings. We ask that all parents provide their children with a packed lunch, snacks and a refillable water bottle for throughout the day. Please note that we are a nut-free Camp so please don’t provide any nut products.
How do I access the pre-camp information for United Educations?
All pre-camp information can be found on our new parent portal website which is sent to you in your booking confirmation emails and reminder emails before Camp.
Do United Adventure Camps cater for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?
Yes! We try our very best to make sure that our Camps are inclusive and accessible for as many children as we can. We aim to collaborate with parents as much as possible to help make sure our setting is the right fit for their child and that we can meets their needs. For more information on how we support children with SEND please visit our FAQs, alternatively please contact our customer service team at email@example.com
How are the children grouped whilst they are on Camp?
Children are grouped/bubbled based on the age group that they are booked onto. In a group, we can now have up to 16 children and these children can be booked on for a variety of days. Groups are no longer set based on the number of days children are booked into Camp.
If you would like to make a request of who your children is grouped with, please either contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or add your request as an additional comment when you place your booking.
It’s my child’s first time at United Adventure Camps, what can we expect?
At United Adventure Camps we completely understand that you and your child may be nervous ahead of joining us for the first time. To help ease any nerves, we have some of the most exceptional, and caring staff on-site who will ensure that you and your child(ren) feel comfortable allowing them to settle into camp.
We recognise that looking after your children is a huge responsibility which means it is, therefore, one that we take incredibly seriously. Our Mission at United Adventure Camps is to create inspiring adventures throughout the school holidays, to do that we ensure we have highly trained camp staff on hand to settle all campers.
Each child will have a group leader whilst they are on camp. Their group leader will be on hand to explain how the day will run, familiarise your child with the venue and where the amenities are, and advise on what they can expect throughout the day on camp.
We are confident that very quickly your child will make new friends, challenge themselves with new activities, and create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
When can my child move up age groups?
Our policy regarding moving children up an age group is that their birthday must be within 4 weeks of the date booked on to camp.
If your child has a birthday whilst they are attending camp, that means they will need to move up a group, the site manager of your venue will organise a transition period. This will help to ease your child into the higher group and the change of leader/pace/activities that may come with it.
If you want to discuss with a member of our team about transitions, please contact us by email at email@example.com or submit a request through our help centre.
