We cannot provide the exact timetables of activities for each venue as they are highly dependent on the staff, facilities and equipment available. Instead, we have daily themes for our multi-activity programmes, which the staff follow and base their activities around. These are as follows:
• Challenge Tuesdays – ‘Minute to win it’ challenges across the camp
• Wet Wednesday / Mash-Up Wednesday – Either wet / water play or children choose two activities, and we mix them into one e.g. tennis and rounders
• Bike Thursdays – Children can bring in a bike, scooter or rollerblades.
• Funky Fridays – Fancy dress or funky outfits, disco and ‘OUT THERE’ activities – for example, Quidditch.
(Note that all activities are weather-dependent)
Our day-in-the-life timetables help to illustrate the structure of what a regular day at camp looks like. These can be found under each individual age group page on our website, or you can access these pages on our website by clicking here.
The week before sessions are due to start, site managers will post updates on their venue community page about the main activities and any special equipment the children need to bring to camp. They will also include information about swimming days for venues with access to a swimming pool.
You can access our venue community page via the parent information portal (you will receive details about the portal in the booking confirmation email once you have placed a booking). It is worth subscribing for updates so that any posts are also sent directly to your email address. Site managers will also have
