As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth and success of all our brands. In this role, you will:
- Strengthen Partnerships: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with venues and partners to enhance the reach and impact of Adventure Camps, Skill Elev8, and Star Theatre Academy.- Brand Expansion: Strategically expand our offerings across regions, identifying new opportunities for each brand to flourish.- Innovative Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to create and implement innovative growth strategies that resonate with our mission and values.- Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our brands continue to meet the evolving needs of our young learners.- Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work closely with teams across all brands to ensure a unified approach in our growth and development efforts.
- Passion for education and youth development.- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education or related sectors.- Strong relationship-building skills and strategic thinking.- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and brands.- A visionary approach, with the drive to innovate and expand.
